Lhoknga Beach, Banda Aceh, is a relaxed beach mecca famous for surfing and kite surfing, with affordable beachfront lots very rare. In August 2024 the Indonesian Government invited all of the top Indonesian surfers to a surf competition in Lhoknga Beach, to showcase the area.
